Alright, Tony Price here, reporting live (well, maybe a few days after, you know how it is with work and all) from Red Rocks on Friday, March 28th for Inzo!
First off, let me tell you, that venue never gets old. The way those rocks just embrace the music, it's like Mother Nature herself is a sound engineer. Show started a little damp, it was spitting rain pretty good, but you know what? Nobody cared! The energy was already buzzing, and the openers, especially this fella Dirty Monkey, really got the place warmed up despite the chill. My poncho might've been clinging to me like a second skin, but my feet were moving, and that's what counts.
Now, Inzo. This young man, he's got something special. I'd heard some of his stuff online – a bit more of the mellow, headphone-vibey tunes, perfect for a Sunday afternoon chill session. But live? Man, he flipped a switch! It was like he took all those chill vibes and plugged 'em into a power socket. The bass was hitting you right in the chest, the lights were cutting through the misty air like lasers, and the whole place was just bouncing.
He took us on a real journey, this Inzo fella. It wasn't just one sound; he was mixing it all up, throwing in surprises left and right. And when he dropped that remix of "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley? Forget about it! The whole crowd went absolutely bonkers. It was one of those moments where everyone, from the seasoned EDM heads to us dads just trying to soak it all in, was completely connected. Singing along, jumping around – pure, unadulterated fun.
Okay, if I gotta nitpick, and you know Tony's gotta keep it real, the weather wasn't ideal. My jeans were definitely clinging a bit by the end of the night. And maybe some of the earlier music from the openers wasn't exactly my go-to on the Spotify playlist, but hey, the kids seemed to be loving it, and their enthusiasm is infectious. That's what it's all about, right? Everyone having a good time, finding their groove.
But honestly, the rain just added to the whole experienc

e in a weird way. It felt almost cinematic, the way the bass would make the raindrops seem to dance. It was a little sweaty, a little chaotic, but in the best possible way. You could tell everyone there was just happy to be part of it, embracing the unpredictable Colorado spring.
So yeah, overall, I'd say Inzo at Red Rocks was a real treat. He brought the energy, the variety, and a whole lot of good vibes. Even with the weather doing its thing, it was a memorable night, the kind that makes you glad you braved the elements. If Inzo's playing again, especially at a place like Red Rocks, I'd say grab your tickets. Just maybe pack an extra pair of socks! You won't regret it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I think I hear the lawn calling my name. Tony Price, out!
