Alright, Tony Price back in the house! This time, we're talking about Saturday, March 29th, when Boogie T rolled into our beloved Red Rocks. Now, I gotta be honest, I wasn't super familiar with Boogie T going in. My son, bless his young, bass-loving heart, was the one who clued me in. Said it was gonna be "sick," which, from what I gather, is a good thing. And you know what? The kid was right!
The weather was a whole different story this night. Clear skies, a little crisp, but nothing a good hoodie couldn't handle. You could see all the stars, which, let's be real, adds a whole other level of magic to a show at Red Rocks. It just feels… epic.
Now, Boogie T. This fella knows how to throw a party. From the moment he came on, the energy was just relentless. It was like a wave of sound washing over the crowd, and everyone was just riding it. Lots of bass, the kind that vibrates right through your chest and makes your ears tingle in a good way. It was definitely a different vibe than the Inzo show the night before – a bit more… intense, maybe? But in a fun, everyone-is-losing-their-mind-in-the-best-way kind of intense.
The crowd was really into it too. Lots of dancing, lots of hands in the air. It was one of those shows where you could just feel the collective energy of everyone there, all vibing to the same beat. Even I found myself getting down a little more than I usually do – gotta keep up with the youngins, you know? My neck might have been a little stiff the next morning, but hey, no pain, no gain, right?
He had some cool visuals going on too, lights and lasers doing all sorts of crazy things against the backdrop of the rocks. It really added to the whole atmosphere. You felt like you were part of something big, something exciting.
Now, if I had to find something to mention that wasn't all sunshine and rainbows… well, maybe it got a tad repetitive at times? Some of the drops sounded a little similar to my untrained dad-ears. But honestly, the energy was so high, and the crowd was so into it, it almost didn't matter. Everyone was just there to have a good time and feel that bass in their bones.
Overall, Boogie T at Red Rocks was a blast. It was loud, it was energetic, and it was definitely an experience. My son was right – it was pretty sick. It's cool seeing these young artists really connect with a crowd and create this kind of electric atmosphere. It makes you feel good, seeing everyone just letting loose and enjoying the music.
So yeah, if you're looking for a high-energy night with a whole lot of bass, Boogie T at Red Rocks is definitely something to check out. Just be prepared to move, maybe bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to loud sounds (though I toughed it out!), and get ready for a good time. Tony Price, signing off – my ears are still ringing a little, but in a good way!
